Insure Loans $250,000 to $5,000,000: Webinar; Fact or Lie?

After 35 years in small business and helping to fund many, its become more and more challenging. In 2013 there were over 275,000 small business loan requests made to the US banking industry. However, 97% were rejected. This puts the funding burden onto friends and family now reaching 80% for all small business funding. This is a shame to place the drain on families and friends, when our institutions should be doing more. The growth in the sector is hard without proper capital sources.

History shows us that more jobs are created in small business development than any other sector. Microsoft was a small start up once before becoming a large company! If our country is to build new jobs in the face of automation we need to move more capital into various small business sectors. Last year over 175,000 new businesses tried to start and most went looking for funding sources. Approximately 7,000 found help from Venture Capital firms, once again leaving the balance of funding for these companies looking for other sources.

In developing a solution for this problem, I have spent over 10 years looking at business starts and failures in the US in hopes of producing a new financial service product for both Investors and business managers alike that will solve much of this disproportionate disbursement of capital which will change this problem into a “new standard” funding method. If we can lower the risk, a solution to attracting capital, then I for one hope to help bring change to this sector by 2015.

Fact-To do a real PIO buy/sell trade is when a client signs a direct bank contract on bank letterhead or bank verifiable contract with the program bank.

Fact-When signing a contract with a platform, you are not doing a trade. You are doing a contract with a corporation on their letterhead because you are not in a trade, You are in a contract and your name and information is not with the bank, but with who ever you signed this so called contract.

FACT- Sorry, but 99% of these people who claim to be able to do PPP, are not able to perform and their due diligence is not with the program bank, which means, it is useless, as you are not in a bank trade.

FACT- 99% of the people who say they can do a PPP with the banks in Europe, have never spoken to a real trader and are only speaking to a supposable Platform of brokers that say they are traders, as the internet is full of these types of non performers.

FACT- Only certain Western European Banks have been appointed as buy/sell Program Banks.

FACT- There are not many traders with the bank clearance level to do these programs direct from the bank and if you are not working with one of these traders, then it will explain why your trade with your platform did not get done.

FACT-U.S Traders do not know or understand how High Yield European PPP trades are done, as they do not have the clearance with these program banks, though the traders, might have dealings with European banks. It is not the same thing as doing a Closed market PPP in Europe.

FACT-Private placement programs with the banks in Western Europe are ZERO RISK and are 100% guaranteed, as the clients contract is with the program bank and not some platforms contract, which the Program Bank has nothing to do with.

We do Instrument Monetization. The smallest instrument we will monetize is $50M. For high rated Banks will do 60% to 80% LTV. For weaker Banks will do 20% to 60% LTV. The term or block is normally only 45 to 60 days. Being non recourse this is very attractive as the client can repeat the process. Higher rated banks can do Admin Hold, weaker Banks must do mt760. We will take BG, SBLC, MTN, CD, and CASH. We will need a CIS, Passport, and Bank Statement. Once received, the Client will be on the phone with our principal within 2 to 3 hours. (Carl)

 



We do Project Funding/Financing. Normally the client needs from $200K to $10m+ in cash depending on the funding source participation. We will need the Clients CIS, Passport, Bank Statement, and Project Summary. Once received, your principal will be on the phone with our principal within one to two business days. Our Principal will work with what the client has depending on the size of the project.  All questions will be answered then. This is private money and the principal can be very flexible. I cannot set an appointment without the necessary paperwork. (Carl, Steve, Chris, Vince, Mike)

 

Vince has a special program beginning at $1.5m EUR that can fund any viable project, any size, almost anywhere in the world. This requires three to five days face-to-face in Sacramento CA at an investment of approx. $2,000 per person (you will receive a refund at the first tranche). I will block time and together: you, your advisors, Vince and his team, and me will go over all the contracts line by line, we will go over the procedures step-by-step. You will learn the math and you will create your own spreadsheets. You will meet the trader and your application will be processed while you visit. You will be into trade upon departing Sacramento if you submit a complete package. You will understand the program completely and you will become Our Client For Life. 


We have access to commodities: gold, fuel, sugar, precious metals, precious stones, rare earth, edible, non-edible and others. (Steve)

Lastly, we do tailings and concentrate from gold mines. We process through our plant in Las Vegas. We write a contract after analysis and send our trucks to pick up the tailings. We can then sell the bars or give a 150% net loan against the bullion if stored in our Bank. We prefer mines in the Western US.  (Carl)

Conventional Commercial Loan vs. GFC 10/100 Commercial Loan

Conventional Commercial Loan:
1. 30 to 40% down payment to the lending bank. 2. Recourse to the borrower via personal guarantees. 3. Generally require minimum three years financials. 4. Debt to servicing ratio no more than 40% of gross income. 5. Debt to equity ratio of no more than 0.5:1. 6. Restricted by jurisdiction. 7. Come under Bank Act lending policies.

Borrower’s bank account with GFC. The borrower draws on the loan as per an approved capital expenditure budget to purchase the asset..

Get Rich When the Money Moves

Recessions, depressions, and bear markets are a natural part of human existence.

They have been happening since the dawn of man and I don’t think they are going away.

But, that does not mean you have to lose your shirt or face major financial disaster because of them.

Yes – most people do lose money when these tough times hit… but not everyone does.

In fact, some people become wildly wealthy.

The Great Wealth Transfer

Do you know the name J. Paul Getty? He was a relatively poor man in 1925… and just 10 years later… in 1935, he was one of the wealthiest oil tycoons in the world. And, just to make sure you have the dates right, that was in the heart of the Great Depression… a period I also call the Great Wealth Transfer.

The Edison Electric Illuminating Company (today known as Con Ed) is another that thrived during the Great Depression. Not only did they survive the Great Depression, but they have thrived during all subsequent recessions. And so have their shareholders.

Today they do more than $14 billion in business. Between 2008 and 2010, as global markets were crumbling, their top executives got a handsome pay raise of 82%… with some now making over $14.3 million in salaries (bonuses are extra… thank you very much!).

I could give you stats on tens of thousands of people just like you and me who have become very rich during depressions, recessions, and bear markets.

The reason for this is that money – or rather, I should say “wealth” – is never really destroyed.

It simply transfers.

It moves from one group of people to another. Usually from the masses to a minority group of “in the know” people.

Those that know where the wealth is going, have the power and ability to position themselves to scoop up the money as it moves. They get rich when the money moves.

Those that don’t, fall victim to social, economic, and political cycles that force the massive movement of money in our world.

At the Brink of Financial Chaos

I think you know – or at least sense – that we are on the brink of financial chaos in our world today.

The United States of America is so far in debt that if debt was a pile of manure, you’d need a Category 5 tornado to wipe it out. Storm Chasers lovingly call this kind of tornado “The Hand of God” and I think that is just about what it will take to get us out of this mess.

If political lies and financial troubles were holes, than the European Union is like a piece of Swiss cheese the size of Africa. They can only patch and pacify so often.

And Asia? They’re the golden boys right now… right? I mean, communism and sweatshops have finally figured out the magic formula for financial growth and prosperity for the masses… right?

Ummm… if you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. I know a man that is an executive financial analyst in Singapore. His insider connections tell him that China and the rest of Asia has a day of reckoning coming that will rock the world. Two-thirds of the world can only be manipulated and lied to for so long before they wise up.

Most of South and Central America have never been financially stable with their overabundance of drug lords and corrupt dictators, so we won’t even bother factoring them into the equation.

My point is this… the world’s financial foundation is unraveling. I am not going to make any kind of specific predictions about when and how big the mess is going to be… but I’m going to safely assume the money transfer is going to be one of… if not THE… biggest in history.

It’s Time to Move to Higher Ground

Okay – so we all get it… the money is going to move and a lot of people are going to get hurt… and a few are going to become wildly wealthy.

I can’t stop the tidal wave, but I can move to higher ground.

And so can you.

On higher ground, you are not only safe, but you can dip your bucket in the water as it rushes past. Wise people do that and that is why they get rich when the money moves.

So, how do you do that? How are you going to move to higher ground and protect yourself and your family?

To tell you the truth… I’m not sure how YOU are going to do it.

I have a plan that I think is pretty solid for ME and MY family.

But YOU?

I’m just not sure.

ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS

1. The Gold Futures Program that I wrote about in October 2011 is closed to new busines. It paid 4% a month ($50,000) to 10% a month ($1,000,000+).

2. The REO Program that I began writing about two years ago takes about 90 days to aggregate properties and then pays about 9% quarterly so if you submit funds your first payment is in about six months. 

3. FOREX – As Dale and I stated in our FOREX book a few years ago: “FOREX is not for the faint of heart.”

If your idea of a good time is to take five to six figures to Las Vegas (Lost Wages) for the weekend and coming home with pennies in your pocket or a chance for a windfall then you may be able to earn 4% to 20% a month (more or less) with our European FOREX Trader.

The minimum account size is $500,000. They will consider a trial trade of $100,000 if you commit to $500,000 within six months.

You have 24/7 access to your account and can add to or subtract from the account. There’s a capital preservation limit of 90% which means that if the Trader loses 10% of your capital all trading stops.

He claims he wins 71% of the time. I have his proof.

At 61, FOREX carries more risk that I’m willing to absorb but it is available.

After spending the better part of two years toying with private placement platforms, MT760 blocked trades, and foreign trade groups I finally found what works and, more importantly, what pays out.  Sounds like he’s “seeing the light”!
 
5 months ago, my colleague and I brokered several gold trades valued at $70K to $280K with a profit margin of 300%.  That’s not possible…  NOBODY sells gold at that kind of discount! A few of these were successful, (am I right in assuming some were not successful then?) but more importantly, on several transactions we did the physical trade itself between the buyer and seller.  (Who is “we”?  He already admitted he brokered deals, so if he’s not an actual principal, who is/was?)  Not only did this give me great exposure but also helped solve all the mystery around these types of deals, their returns, and of course, what can and can’t be done.
 
After completing a few of these transactions on my own, I’m launching my own trade group.  Initially my focus is on the import of Gold dory bars and/or dust.  I’m sorry, but someone who can’t correctly spell the commodity to be traded probably doesn’t have all the tools, resources, connections, and knowledge base necessary to successfully “trade” it!  As market conditions fluctuate in the future, I may alter the conditions for the trade accordingly.  But today, the trade works as follows:
 
  • We buy gold from various sellers across the globe.  How are they “buying” it?  Are the sellers licensed?  Who is overseeing the transactions?
  • The sellers are verified through our own background searches and/or we have previous relationships with them.  What credentials does he have that would give me a comfort level that his/their “background searches” are sufficient?
  • Once the gold arrives, we sell to our buying partners through various refineries and pocket the difference.  So he’s physically moving the goods?  How? 
  • We have pre-existing contracts with both sellers and buyers that lock in a price for a certain period of time.  Yeah right – good luck with that…
  • Currently, our offshore purchase price ranges from $28,000 per kilogram to $36,000 per kilo.  That I don’t believe…  The Chinese (specifically) and other Asians are all over the world buying everything they can get their hands on and jacking the price up.  I’m sorry, but based on our intimate knowledge of the wholesale gold industry, I don’t believe anyone ANYWHERE is selling dore for less than $40K per Kg.  There’s no reason or incentive for them to
  • Our US selling price is right around $52,000 per kilo, thus making a profit potential of $16,000 per kilo minimum.  Really?!?!  So your US refineries are willing to lose money buying product from you?  (Take a look at today’s LBME – roughly $50.5K USD for 99.999 pure)
  • Our smallest transaction is 100 kilograms (upwards of $1.6MM of total profit).  This guy has NO IDEA how long it takes to aggregate 100Kg’s of Au… 
 
I’m looking for joint venture partners who can commit a minimum of $50,000 to share in 50% of the profits (estimated at $151,000 in 60 days).  Where the heck did that number come from?!  The capital contributed is secure, (How is it secure?!  You’ve got to spend the money to ship the goods and HOPE your shipper/seller/inside-customs-agent doesn’t pull a switch-a-roo on you in customs.  How is that in any way secure?)  making the transaction virtually risk free.  And best of all, there are no intermediaries, no smoke and mirrors, and no circular talk.  You or your client are allowed 100% transparency into the mechanics of the trade, have the option of reviewing the trade documents and opting out in case you don’t like what you see.
 
But that’s not all.  If your client is serious about the trade and can contribute $250K+, we can even provide references for existing JV partners who have worked with us.  I can arrange a phone call and if your client desires, and is willing, he/she can meet with them provided he or she travels to where they live.  So what we’re being told is we are free to spend our own money to verify (probably in some other country) that the information he (Amin) told us is true?  How can ANYONE be sure they aren’t talking to a scam artist looking to take a piece of the action? 
Here you have it: the unvarnished truth.  Every Wednesday, for the past 13 months (November 3, 2010 to present) I’ve hosted a live weekly call at 4PM ET for current clients, prospective clients, and referral partners. For the past six months Greg and Richard have attended every call.
