THE TRUTH OR THE LIE?

Fact-To do a real PIO buy/sell trade is when a client signs a direct bank contract on bank letterhead or bank verifiable contract with the program bank.

Fact-When signing a contract with a platform, you are not doing a trade. You are doing a contract with a corporation on their letterhead because you are not in a trade, You are in a contract and your name and information is not with the bank, but with who ever you signed this so called contract.

FACT- Sorry, but 99% of these people who claim to be able to do PPP, are not able to perform and their due diligence is not with the program bank, which means, it is useless, as you are not in a bank trade.

FACT- 99% of the people who say they can do a PPP with the banks in Europe, have never spoken to a real trader and are only speaking to a  Platform of brokers that say they are traders, as the internet is full of these types of non-performers.

FACT- Only certain Western European Banks have been appointed as buy/sell Program Banks.

FACT- There are not many traders with the bank clearance level to do these programs direct from the bank and if you are not working with one of these traders, then it will explain why your trade with your platform did not get done.

FACT-U.S Traders do not know or understand how High Yield European PPP trades are done, as they do not have the clearance with these program banks, though the traders, might have dealings with European banks. It is not the same thing as doing a Closed market PPP in Europe.

FACT-Private placement programs with the banks in Western Europe are ZERO RISK and are 100% guaranteed, as the clients contract is with the program bank and not some platforms contract, which the Program Bank has nothing to do with.

Hidden Traps to Success

Hidden Traps to Success 
The naive believes everything: but a wise man looks well to a matter. – Proverbs 14:15 
Solomon reveals that a similar kind of trap in your personal or professional life can have
an equally devastating effect. What is the name of that hidden trap? Naiveté. And it can
ambush anyone, regardless of their intelligence, education, financial success, or personal
achievements.
Naiveté and IQ 
Naiveté has less to do with intelligence and more to do with the way a person approaches
individual situations and life in general. A naive person tends to oversimplify a situation
and thereby fails to see critical factors that may significantly affect an outcome.
Solomon describes a person as naive when he or she doesn’t “look well into a matter”
before choosing a course of action.
Oversimplification – In Proverbs 1:22, Solomon chides, “How long, O naive ones, will
you love simplicity?” Important decisions are never simple. Dig deeper.
Presumption In Proverbs 27:1, Solomon warns, “Do not boast about tomorrow for you
do not know what a day may bring forth.”
Misplaced Trust – We often put more trust than we should in people whom we don’t
know well. More often than not, people are less capable, less experienced, less competent,
and less honest than they seem to be. People always put their best foot forward, and we
usually make judgments of them in a matter of minutes or seconds.
Superficial Appearances – Our response to a person or a situation is often based entirely
upon appearances. A person may be charismatic or extremely personable, or a business
opportunity may appear extraordinary at first glance. But appearances almost never tell
enough of the story to base any important decision upon.
Laziness – Our natural inclination is to do as little as possible to get what we want. The
same is true in the decision-making process. “Looking well into a matter” requires a lot
more effort and creativity than simply accepting a statement or person at face value.
Haste – When we are in a hurry to make a decision, we will usually make it without
taking enough time to look into the matter thoroughly. In Proverbs 21:5, Solomon warns,
“But everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty.”
Narrow Vision – More often than not, our vision is far too limited to make the best
decision based only on our own knowledge and experience. Solomon cautions in
Proverbs 15:22, “Without counsel plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they
succeed.”
Integrity – Honest people never think of lying, stealing, or defrauding someone of their
life savings. Such thoughts are so foreign to their character they can’t imagine anyone
else doing such things to them.
Greed – Wrong motives for making a decision can lead you to detrimental circumstances.
Arrogance – Arrogant people often think they’re smarter than everyone else. They don’t
feel they need to seek outside counsel or perform due diligence—they already know what
they need to know. Solomon said, “Pride goes before destruction, and an arrogant spirit
before a fall.” (Proverbs 16:18)
Wrong Priorities – Sometimes a person chooses not to look in depth into a matter before
making an important decision, because they don’t think due diligence is that important.
The Solution 
Diligence is like a giant floodlight: turn it on, and naiveté’s darkness disappears.
Look well into a matter before making any important decision. If a person is truly honest,
they will respect your thoroughness and welcome any due-diligence efforts you
undertake.
Don’t Be Naive When It Comes to Making Wrong Choices 
In Proverbs 22:3, Solomon warns us, “The prudent sees the evil and hides himself, But
the naive go on, and are punished for it.”
Most people rarely find themselves in unethical or illegal situations by surprise. Usually,
they see a red or yellow flag or two first. At that point, they have a choice. Solomon tells
us that a wise man will turn away. Those who are naive, however, see the red flag, feel a
twinge in their conscience, and then choose to keep moving in the same direction.
“There Is a Way That Seems Right . . .” 
In Proverbs 14:12, he says, “There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it
leads to death.” Diligently looking into a matter will ensure that doesn’t happen.
How to Make Wise Choices 
 
Choose to Look Well into Matters. 
Seek Outside Counsel – Over and over again in Proverbs, Solomon cautions us to seek
outside counsel. His advice is clear, his wisdom undeniable. Follow it.
Choose Your Friends and Associates Wisely – In Proverbs 13:20, Solomon writes, “He
that walks with wise men shall become wise. But a companion of fools shall be
destroyed.”
But you should be careful about whom you partner with or attach yourself to in any
significant way. Look at a person’s wisdom and integrity. Be sensitive to any red flags
that would warn you of dishonesty. Look at what their priorities are and how they order
their lives. How do they treat their parents, spouse, siblings, or children? What do they
value most? Don’t let yourself become the companion of fools.
Being Prudent Is a Choice You Must Make Every Day 
Being prudent is a decision that needs to be made every time you face an important
decision in any area of your life. Whether you are facing a business decision, a financial
decision, or a personal decision, choose first to “look well into the matter.”

“Who do you want to hitch your wagon to? Someone who HAS been paid, or someone who THINKS they will be paid?”

We do Instrument Monetization. The smallest instrument we will monetize is $50M. For high rated Banks will do 60% to 80% LTV. For weaker Banks will do 20% to 60% LTV. The term or block is normally only 45 to 60 days. Being non recourse this is very attractive as the client can repeat the process. Higher rated banks can do Admin Hold, weaker Banks must do mt760. We will take BG, SBLC, MTN, CD, and CASH. We will need a CIS, Passport, and Bank Statement. Once received, the Client will be on the phone with our principal within 2 to 3 hours. (Carl)

 



We do Project Funding/Financing. Normally the client needs from $200K to $10m+ in cash depending on the funding source participation. We will need the Clients CIS, Passport, Bank Statement, and Project Summary. Once received, your principal will be on the phone with our principal within one to two business days. Our Principal will work with what the client has depending on the size of the project.  All questions will be answered then. This is private money and the principal can be very flexible. I cannot set an appointment without the necessary paperwork. (Carl, Steve, Chris, Vince, Mike)

 

Vince has a special program beginning at $1.5m EUR that can fund any viable project, any size, almost anywhere in the world. This requires three to five days face-to-face in Sacramento CA at an investment of approx. $2,000 per person (you will receive a refund at the first tranche). I will block time and together: you, your advisors, Vince and his team, and me will go over all the contracts line by line, we will go over the procedures step-by-step. You will learn the math and you will create your own spreadsheets. You will meet the trader and your application will be processed while you visit. You will be into trade upon departing Sacramento if you submit a complete package. You will understand the program completely and you will become Our Client For Life. 


We have access to commodities: gold, fuel, sugar, precious metals, precious stones, rare earth, edible, non-edible and others. (Steve)

Lastly, we do tailings and concentrate from gold mines. We process through our plant in Las Vegas. We write a contract after analysis and send our trucks to pick up the tailings. Conventional Commercial Loan vs. GFC 10/100 Commercial Loan

Conventional Commercial Loan:
1. 30 to 40% down payment to the lending bank. 2. Recourse to the borrower via personal guarantees. 3. Generally require minimum three years financials. 4. Debt to servicing ratio no more than 40% of gross income. 5. Debt to equity ratio of no more than 0.5:1. 6. Restricted by jurisdiction. 7. Come under Bank Act lending policies.

GFC 10/100 Commercial Loan:
1. 10% cash reserve/equity requirement by borrower. 2. Non-recourse to borrower as no personal guarantee is required. 3. Require three years financial statements. 4. Debt to servicing ratio no more than 40% of gross income. 5. Debt to equity ratio of no more than 0.5:1. 6. Not restricted by jurisdiction. 7. Do not come under any bank act or lending policies other than ones that are self-imposed.

EXAMPLE:
GFC
Borrower has a savings account setup with the GFC. Debit/Visa cards are issued and loan proceeds will be deposited to this account.
Asset to Purchase
Borrower
Deposits 10% of loan request into account with the GFC.
Borrower’s bank account with GFC. The borrower draws on the loan as per an approved capital expenditure budget to purchase the asset..

10/100 Commercial Loan and Project Funding $2m to $1b+

At one time you asked me about commercial loans and/or project funding.

We will vet you in two to three business days and provide a user name and password. You can enter our website with your user name and password and open a savings account of $5,000 or more. We will issue VISA and MasterCard Debit cards for you. You will also need to open an International Business Corporation (IBC). The cost is $1,750 in Panama where most clients establish their offshore businesses.
You can then upload your information to our bank encrypted 256bit software and preserve your ideas and identity.
It takes about two to three weeks for underwriting approval and about 90 days to fund. The fastest anyone has been funded is 60 days and the longest has been 180 days. We have had good success with this program having funded dozens for hundreds of millions of dollars.

 10/100 Commercial Loan and Project Funding:

  • Before any loans or project funding will be considered the borrower must apply for the loan or project funding via the applications found under the Banking/Loans/Application tabs.
  • No conference calls will be entertained until a representative of the borrower ie: CEO, CFO, President, Managing Director or COO has registered and applied.
  • Once an application has been submitted and due diligence has been done on the applicant and individual then a conference call can be entered into.
  • After the conference call all due diligence information as outlined in the Application tab must be uploaded for further consideration.
  • A pre-approval will not be issued without all of the above being submitted and followed.
  • The borrower must provide proof of funds and move the money into a third party escrow agent.
  • Once the underwriting department has finished with all of the due diligence on the Borrower, Officer and/or Director then and only then will it be submitted to the Due Diligence committee for review.
  • If the applicant is accepted only at that time will a Pre-Approval letter be issued.
  • The pre-approval letter will have all the terms and conditions outlined within it.
  • Once all subject-to’s within the pre-approval are addressed then the third party escrow agent will be directed to wire the 10% reserve deposit to the GFC.
  • In the event it is a Project Funding request all of the above will need to be followed however the client does not need to use an escrow agent or deposit a 10% reserve amount.
  • Once all requirements are adhered to and a pre-approval letter is issued and authorized by the borrower then the loan documents will be issued and entered into.

*Please note the GFC will not fund raw land unless there are third party assets to collateralize or monetize.

**The GFC will not fund in ground assets.

*** Assets acceptable for project funding:

  • Financial instruments B rating or better
  • Precious metals above ground 95% purity or better (SKR)
  • Precious stones gem quality or better (SKR)
  • Real Estate $10 million or more
  • Corporate stock trading on an exchange; price value $1 or more 6 month average and daily trading volume of 50,000 shares per day 6 month average.

Clients and agents are placing funds and receiving 5% on passbook savings annually, up to 7.5% a year on CD’s: they are placing funds in mutual funds, hedge funds, are historically earning 20% a month for 10 months in our Lloyd’s Bank trade that has an insurance wrap with Lloyd’s of London Insurance (minimum $105,000), are historically earning 15% a month for 12 months on our gold buy/sell (minimum $105,000).

ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS

1. The Gold Futures Program that I wrote about in October 2011 is closed to new busines. It paid 4% a month ($50,000) to 10% a month ($1,000,000+).

2. The REO Program that I began writing about two years ago takes about 90 days to aggregate properties and then pays about 9% quarterly so if you submit funds your first payment is in about six months. 

3. FOREX – As Dale and I stated in our FOREX book a few years ago: “FOREX is not for the faint of heart.”

If your idea of a good time is to take five to six figures to Las Vegas (Lost Wages) for the weekend and coming home with pennies in your pocket or a chance for a windfall then you may be able to earn 4% to 20% a month (more or less) with our European FOREX Trader.

The minimum account size is $500,000. They will consider a trial trade of $100,000 if you commit to $500,000 within six months.

You have 24/7 access to your account and can add to or subtract from the account. There’s a capital preservation limit of 90% which means that if the Trader loses 10% of your capital all trading stops.

He claims he wins 71% of the time. I have his proof.

At 61, FOREX carries more risk that I’m willing to absorb but it is available.

10/100 Commercial Loan Program

Underwriting Qualifications:

1. $2,000,000.00 (USD) and up.

2. Documents required:

Capital Expenditure Budget


Executive Summary


Last three (3) years of financial statements


Incorporation Documents

Corporate Structure Outlined


Passports of all officers and directors

All documents must be submitted to the underwriting department at

www.thegfc.biz Agent Code ACJT2565CAUS Joe Tufo/CFSI

3. Upon underwriter preapproval, a conditional Letter of Intent (LOI) will be issued to the borrower.

4. In compliance with the conditional (LOI), the borrower is required to deposit 10.00% of the loan amount requested into a GFC account and submit the names that will be used to register and establish their new International Business Company (IBC) and Off-Shore Foundation.

5. Borrowers approved for 100 Million or more may select an independent third party Escrow Firm to hold the 10.00% deposit until the binding Letter of Intent is issued. (NOTE: If the GFC was not able to provide the loan as described, the GFC would return all of the borrower’s money, plus a 3.00% annualized return on their deposit.) Moreover, the GFC is registered with the New Zealand Registry Office as a “Financial Service Provider” (FSP) and this information is also lodged with the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

6. The LOAN PROCEEDS will be credited to the borrower’s (IBC) account ninety days after the GFC receives the deposit. A Visa/Debit card will also be issued to the borrower for access to the loan proceeds for the (IBC).

7. The law firm of Bell Gully, which is located in Auckland, New Zealand, will prepare and issue the closing documents to the borrower for review and signing via email.

8. Once the LOAN DOCUMENTS are properly signed 100% and returned to the law firm of Bell Gully, the loan proceeds will be credited to the borrower’s newly established (IBC) within ninety (90) days from the time that the borrower made their 10.00% deposit to GFC.

9. Type of Loan: Development Bridge Loan. (Non-Recourse)


10. Interest Rate: 3 month LIBOR + 1 to +8%, depending on the riskassessment.


11. Term: 36 months, interest only with a balloon note. NOTE: The borrowerhas the right to pay off the Balloon Note or roll it over into a 25 to 30 yearMortgage or Wrap around asset loan with GFC.


12. Type of Loan: Mortgage or Wrap-around asset loan. (Non-Recourse)

13. Interest Rate: 1 year LIBOR + 1 to + 4% fixed.


14. Term: 25 to 30 years


15. Geographic Regions: Does not matter.


16. Prohibited industries: Weapons, Tobacco, Pornography, & Illicit Drugs.

17. Financial capability of individuals: Not an issue.

18. Social Security Number(s): Not required of borrowers.

Non-Recourse does not mean “written-off.” It means no personal liability. For example, a lender may take the property pledged as collateral to satisfy a debt, but it has no RECOURSE to other assets of the borrower. It’s the same as exculpatory.

 

You may want to purchase a copy of Barron’s Dictionary of Business Terms. I’ve had a copy in my library of 2000+ books for 25 years. It has the clear definition of 6000+ key terms used throughout the business world. It’s an indispensable reference.

 

The 10/100 loan is written initially as a three-year bridge loan and can be converted to a 30 year loan.

We have dozens of clients enrolled in our Private Managed Buy/Sell Commodities Program with 10 more scheduled to submit applications in the next two weeks and a total of 27 in the next seven weeks.
In all real trades money moves.
Our clients are being paid double digit monthly returns and triple digit annual returns. We’re up 110% to 120% in 2011 in our curriculum program depending on whether clients entered in the beginning of the month (and have been paid 12 times) or the end of the month (and have been paid 11 times.)

5. Mine JV program pays 300% a year (approx.) $5m+ 10 year program

Why?
Your funds show as Proof of Funds only. We can’t spend your money. We can’t lien it, encumber it, borrow against it, or use it for any other purpose.
From Our Account Overview

It is understood that said investors asset will show only as Proof Of Funds for Gold Transactions in the Trade account, and funds/asset remain(s) under the sole signatory control of INVESTOR at all times. As such, a notarized written request from INVESTOR is required by the overseeing bank officer to move the asset for any reason since PRINCIPAL never lays claim to the asset and has no signatory rights over said asset.

 

2. Investor’s funds are safeguarded by remaining reserved (credited) in the Trader’s account until an acceptable transaction is ready to be performed. INVESTOR’s asset (as pro rata part of the managed funds) is reserved in the form of a “POF” for the purpose of the acquisition to prove financial capability; but, said funds are not spent at this or any such time.

Good Morning Joe,
You are absolutely correct…  Unless you (as an investor) have $100,000,000. or MORE to allow the banks to work with/trade on & against on their overnight balance sheet trading – you (as an investor) have to move money in order for someone else (ie a trade group) to utilize it in whatever structure they have in place to create profit.  You can’t leave your money in your Wells Fargo Savings Account and expect to get paid on E-Trade transactions!  Similarly, you can’t put your money in a B of A checking account and expect that $ to earn dividends in Apple stock…
Why ANYONEthinks that they can keep their money (under $100M) in their account and expect the “magical money fairy” to double or triple their money every year is beyond me.  That’s absolute broker non-sense derived from idiots who have never closed a real deal or made money in this industry.
We’re working on a way to utilize 8 figures or more whereby the funds stay in an investor’s account, but more likely than not – we won’t be successful getting it done.  Hypothetically our structuring and positioning should work.  What happens in the real world, however, is something totally different. And it can’t even hypothetically be done with less than that.
If Steve is looking for a “block and hold” program for $500K, he’s gonna waste a lot of his time before he finally figures out it isn’t real.
