2. Bio’s of all key personnel

3. A detailed use of funds broken down monthly the first year and quarterly thereafter.

4. A five-year pro-forma with written exit strategy.

They like to see a minimum of 10% to 15% in cash reserves so if you’re looking for $100 million you’ll need to have $10m to $15m in cash.
