I wanted to spend a few moments this morning to send you an email. I thought that if I called you on the phone, I would likely forget to tell you something.

I can’t possibly thank you enough (same thing for Brian and Jerome) for all you have done for me. Since I came to you in October, you have continually strived to provide me with outstanding service not only at a professional level, but at a personal level as well. As you know, we have had to overcome some serious issues in the broker network. There were times when I could not see the forest for the trees and I couldn’t tell where it all stopped or if it would ever get resolved. Now I realize this was simply a result of dishonesty, disinformation and a lack of information from the two brokers we have discussed many times.

Last Thursday, I received all the final information regarding Source C (from you and Brian) and then last Friday I had a conference call with Brian and Jerome regarding all of their efforts in my regard. It became apparent to me that they were truly looking out for my best interest. It was like the red sea had parted. After I concluded our call on Friday, a sense of peace finally settled in for me. Last Friday night was the best night sleep I have had in a long, long time. And it was a result of the efforts of you, Brian, and Jerome. I had a big, goofy grin on my face when I executed the contract on Sunday. And I’ve never been so happy to send someone $100K as I was on Monday.

After I received the final information last week regarding Source C, it was immediately obvious (missing piece to the puzzle) that Source C is a world class, global organization. I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to work with them. As you know, I’m a big relationship guy and I can’t wait to get to know all the Source C folks personally. I’ve only been this excited professionally one time prior. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer in 6 states and I had the same sense of anticipation when I passed the PE License examination as I have now. This is a huge milestone and I feel like this will provide us with some amazing opportunities.
