Transaction is in place for one reason and that is to lock in the rate and hedge against changes in the LIBOR
To submit: Email a Narrative/Scenario – Details Of The Transaction in as much detail as possible and send the attached CIS Form- Point File- Financials Credit Report and most recent Appraisal with the brokers to be paid and the fees.
