LIBOR + 1.50% WITH OPTION SWAP
Borrower will start at LIBOR PLUS 1.5% on Rate.

As LIBOR moves Rate will change to 1.5% over LIBOR for month.
Option to lock Rate with Interest Rate Swap – (Over The Counter) – (OTC) -Trade.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
To submit: Email a Narrative/Scenario – Details Of The Transaction in as much detail as possible and send the attached CIS Form- Point File- Financials Credit Report and most recent Appraisal with the brokers to be paid and the fees.
(Please put the last name of principal or funding entity in the subject heading and be consistent in all Emails. This is how the deal will be filed)
