Interest Rates & Payment Schedule

As an associate funded partner of  private partnership, as stated within the issued promissory note, TRCM and P & Co Inc will pay the principal sum and said interest per annum. The said principal and interest will be paid in twelve (12) consecutive monthly installments.

For deposits made between the 1st and 15th day of the month, the first installment shall be due and payable by the end of that current month. For deposits made between the 16th and last day of the month, the first installment shall be due and payable by the middle of the subsequent month.

COMPOUND INTEREST OPTION: Following 90 days and after you have received three (3) payments, you will have the option to maintain any percentage (0-100%) of your interest payment on deposit with P & Company Inc. That specified percentage of your interest payment will add onto your overall principal balance and all subsequent interest payments will be issued upon the updated principal balance.

5k – 49k = 3% monthly

50k – 99,999k = 4% monthly

100k – 350k = 6% monthly

350k – 499,999k = 7% monthly

500k – 999,999k = 8% monthly

1 Mil + = 10% monthly – Provided Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC)
